At Yepplo, we make booking easy and transparent for all our locations  whether you are staying at a service apartment in Kolkata (Salt Lake, Newtown, Park Street, Gariahat), a homestay in Mumbai (Andheri, Juhu, city center), or planning a cozy homestay in Darjeeling for a mountain getaway.

 

Check-In & Check-Out

Our standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out is 10:00 a.m.
 

If these timings do not suit your travel or holiday schedule, kindly inform us in advance. We will do our best to arrange flexible timings, subject to availability, and an additional charge may apply. This policy applies to all our locations, including Airbnb in Darjeeling, service apartments in Mumbai on a monthly basis, and service apartments in Kolkata for long stay guests.

 

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation, we require 50% advance payment of the total booking amount at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is payable after check-in at the property.

Whether you are booking a service apartment in Darjeeling, a homestay near Kolkata, or a service apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, our payment policy ensures transparency and a smooth check-in process.

 

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

We do allow cancellation or changes to your booking, provided you inform us at least 7 days before your check-in date.

ID & Document Requirements
 

For security reasons, all guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and address proof at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity document.
 

This requirement applies across all Yepplo properties  from best homestay in Kolkata to luxury service apartments in Juhu Mumbai and service apartments in Darjeeling.

 

Right to Cancel or Modify Reservations
 

Yepplo reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
 

• Fraudulent activity
   

• Inappropriate booking behavior
   

• Errors or mistakes in reservation details
   

This helps us keep our service apartments in Kolkata for a week and homestays near Mumbai safe and available for genuine travelers.
